AI systems and websites for service businesses

AI systems and websites that help service businesses respond faster.

Capture more opportunities and run with less manual work—without replacing every tool your team already uses.

Conservative scenarios. Transparent inputs. No guaranteed outcomes.

Three ways to improve the operating path

Build the system around the constraint.

AI agents

Answer routine questions, qualify enquiries, and route the right work to a person with approved rules.

Workflow automation

Connect intake, follow-up, scheduling, service delivery, reporting, and exception ownership.

Choose the operating model you want to improve.

Home Services

Connect intake, response, booking, estimates, dispatch, CRM, and reporting around demand your team already earns.

Property Management

Connect leasing, resident communication, maintenance, core platforms, and portfolio reporting with visible operating controls.

Other Service Businesses

Map repeated enquiry, scheduling, document, customer-service, and reporting work before choosing where AI belongs.

Recover demand before buying more

Four revenue leaks we can measure in week one.

We start with your operating data, not a generic AI benchmark. Each workflow gets a baseline, an owner, and a financial measure.

01

Missed calls and slow response

New enquiries wait, go to voicemail, or never receive a tracked reply.

First-week baseline: missed-call rate, median response time, and contact rate by source.

02

Inconsistent booking and routing

Qualified demand reaches the wrong person, calendar, service area, or technician.

First-week baseline: qualified-to-booked rate, reassignment count, and booking-to-completion rate.

03

Estimates without follow-up

Open proposals age in the CRM without a clear sequence or next action.

First-week baseline: open-estimate value, age, follow-up coverage, and close rate.

04

Source-to-gross-profit blind spots

Marketing, phone, CRM, dispatch, and invoice data never resolve into one view.

First-week baseline: source completeness, completed revenue, gross margin, and cost by channel.

What the model calculates

Recovered opportunities = monthly leads × missed opportunity rate × recovery rate. Additional jobs = recovered opportunities × booking rate × close rate. Gross profit = additional revenue × gross margin. Monthly benefit = gross profit + labor savings. Payback = implementation investment ÷ monthly benefit.

Scenario factors: Conservative uses 0.6×, expected uses 1×, and upside uses 1.25× of the recovery-rate input. Recovery is capped at 100% in every scenario.

These are scenarios, not forecasts or guarantees. Actual results depend on lead quality, capacity, adoption, data accuracy, and market conditions. Revenue is never presented as profit.

Use these inputs in my AI Systems Review

First 30 Days

Baseline first. Recover second. Prove what changed.

The first month produces a before-and-after measurement system, not a pile of disconnected tools.

  1. Days 1–5

Baseline leads, missed calls, speed-to-lead, booking, close, and margin.

  2. Days 6–12

    Install end-to-end tracking and ownership.

  3. Days 13–21

Fix routing, missed-call response, lead response, and estimate follow-up.

  4. Days 22–30

Compare baseline to live results and prioritize the next constraint.

A clear path from diagnosis to improvement

Fixed-price decisions at every stage.

The roadmap defines countable deliverables, exclusions, client inputs, two revision rounds, and a fixed implementation price before build work begins.

Compare live results with baseline, separate revenue from gross profit, and choose the next constraint.

FAQ

Questions before the AI Systems Review.

Usually, we first measure how much of your current demand is missed, delayed, unbooked, or never followed up. Acquisition comes after existing leakage is understood.

Not automatically. The roadmap inventories what already works and recommends replacement only when an existing constraint cannot be solved responsibly through configuration or integration.

We define a baseline, tag the opportunities handled by the workflow, track completed revenue and gross profit separately, include software and implementation cost, and document attribution limits.

We identify the likely financial leak and confirm the decision owner, timing, systems, and investment fit. If a paid roadmap is not justified, we will say so.
